Fenugreek is a small green leafy herb native to western Asia, southern Europe and the Mediterranean. Both the leaves and the small, brown seeds of the plant are used for culinary and medicinal purposes.

In our products we use the seeds that have been ground into powder. 

They contain a unique composition of plant compounds, including flavonoids and saponins. 

By reducing the inflammation of the hair follicles, fenugreek powder can reduce hair fall, as inflammation is responsible for certain types of hair loss. They have been proven to reduce hair loss by increasing hair density.

The anti-inflammatory effect helps fight dandruff and itching by controlling infection-causing bacteria and yeast on the scalp and relieving inflammation and pain at the roots of the hair.

Additionally, fenugreek is a great source of proteins and amino acids that help repair the hair shaft damaged by lack of moisture, heat styling, chemicals, sun exposure, or color treatments.

It contains natural antioxidants that fight the oxidative stress caused by free radicals in the hair follicle cells. Fenugreek helps strengthen hair roots and promotes the growth of stronger, thicker hair.

The rich levels of iron and potassium in fenugreek help you fight premature graying effectively. Namely, fenugreek compensates for the deficit of minerals necessary for sufficient melanin production in the hair follicles, which naturally gives the hair a dark color.
