The high vitamin C content in hibiscus helps in the production of collagen protein. This supports the production of amino acids that are responsible for the production of the keratin protein. Keratin is the protein that hair is made of and is therefore essential for the health of your curly & afro hair.

Furthermore, the included Vitamin C as an antioxidant that neutralizes the activity of free radicals. Free radicals are generally understood to be molecules that destroy the pigment-forming cells in the hair to stimulate premature graying.
